I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. There was ample parking available, and the transportation options were convenient. The hotel is situated very close to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. it was easy getting to both Bangkok airports. The location, although a bit away from the main shopping districts, was still ideal for me. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing view from my deluxe room here. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, providing superb hospitality. The location was great, with lots of good restaurants and massage places nearby. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, at least 100 items to choose from. I also loved the convenience of the mini mall and street market within walking distance.

The location of Novotel was ideal for my short stopover in Bangkok. It was conveniently situated near the river, restaurants, and banks, making everything easily accessible. I also loved that there were shops within walking distance or just a quick tuk-tuk ride away.
Although there were some cons mentioned in the database reviews, I didn't personally experience them. The room had a great bed, and the staff at Novotel were efficient, professional, and friendly.

Roof top pool, perfect for cooling off. Stone Bar waitresses attentive and friendly. Reception staff, especially Namfon, very helpful. Miss Kik and Mr Nu provided superb service. Friendly staff, especially reception girl

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city, with easy access to food places and a short ride to the main sights. The staff is attentive and polite, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including traditional and Asian dishes. The rooms are well-maintained, with some floors recently renovated to provide better facilities. The swimming pool is slick and spacious, offering a nice place to relax.
The elevator system can be quite slow and overcrowded, leading to long wait times.
